Hard working and happy staff who were careful with my belongings.

Friendly and professional. No stress on the moving day. All was very good.

This is not a professional service. They didna??t come equipped. The employees were dirty or hadna??t showered, they were dressed with their personal clothes. They broke multiple items by packing the few boxes as much as they could.
They are not taking responsabilidad over the damages. Ultimately this is up to their owners/managers to create the working conditions for their employees to follow but on this case I was let down massively and wouldna??t recommend their services to anyone. Read more

Very disorganised on day of move. They didn't know where they were going and charge me for toll separately from the price. Didn't take any care when delivering items just left without any order.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!

If there was anything less than 1 star I would give it.
Not what I was quoted - Previously stated that I would require two men and a Luton van however on the day they turned up in a Ford Sprinter.
Knowing this wouldn't be enough I had to literally dig my heals in to get what I was quoted and promised from this company.
To add further stress to an already extremely stressful day the manager of the company decided it was acceptable to
charge A?5 extra per item over the estimated quantity meaning that a relatively reasonably priced removal ended up costing nearly double.
I was nearly in tears by the end of this ordeal and just wanted them to leave at the end of their service.

It was a hard slog for the two removal men having to walk up and down four flights of stairs! Physically challenging but expertly packed in van with plenty of protection on my goods. Had extra goods to be moved which weren't listed on former contents list and it was no problem to have items included for a small charge. Steadfast workers and very pleasant administrator. Read more
