Excellent from start to finish, the sales team were polite and informative. The removal men went above and beyond professionalism to make us feel safe in their ability but also confident in their skills throughout the day. I also have to commend them for helping my Neighbour fix her door. It felt like an extra addition that they did not need to do that took this move from ordinary to exceptional. Used BeMove to move across London. Their three man team made really light work of our move. They turned up early and the whole move was done in 4 hours (approx 1 hour drive). They took really good care of our possessions and dealt with furniture, TVs, screens and musical instruments all with no problems. Deconstructed and put back together various bits of furniture. Everything was in perfect condition when we arrived. Of the three quotes we got they were the only one who initially offered a fixed price and their price was only slightly higher than the low end of the variable estimated quotes we got. First off I thought this company was great, communication was good before the move they came early on the day and knew what they were doing. But then they left their tool bag in my old property so I had to drive all the way back to get it but yet the clock was still ticking and I was paying for that time. After I moved i didnt have my tv on for around 2 weeks as I was working and finishing the house off when I did get my tv working I noticed a small crack in my screen. I immediately contacted bemove removals who then spend all their time arguing that it wasnt them I did it, and I waited to long to say anything as there insurance only covers for 7days. In what world would I crack my own tv just to call a company and blame them! Does that even make any sense!!!! From that point I knew I was banging my head against a brick wall and decided to part ways. They were the worst company I have ever come across. Very unprofessional. Being a good company doesnt mean turning up and moving someone its customer service and also helping the client until the point they are satisfied to say thank you and bye. Read more

Overall, very good service and I am satisfied. The agent we negotiated with was good and helpful. We had our move over 2 days (packing and moving), and had the same 3 men both days, who were very professional, efficient and friendly. The night before the packing day, I received a phonecall that instead of the agreed 8am, the packers would come at 1pm. It was fine by me, but did cause some extra anxiety. The packing day went smoothly, moving (obviously) was more complex with some difficult disassembly and then reassembly required. Nevertheless, the second day went well overall too: this was a very long day (8am to 7pm-ish with the removalists!), but no major issues, so a success!In summary, Bemove provided great service for a decent price, so I would recommend them. Bemove Removals did an amazing job on our moving day a big shout out to John, Adrian, and Alex, who did all the packing at our old flat, safely moved everything to the new flat very carefully and without a scratch on anything, and helped set up the new flat with the furniture and did most of the unpacking too! All three of them worked tirelessly throughout the day, took all our requests into consideration, and were very nice and polite at all times. The price was competitive and the booking was easy. Come moving day the movers were absolutely fantastic. They came in for a quick look around and got straight to it. The whole move from London to Scotland was phenomenally fantastic! We can highly recommend Bemove Removal. From the start when they gave us the flexibility of having one or two vans to changing the loading time to the morning to give us time to travel to Scotland in the afternoon took the stress out of the whole move. Added to that the movers John and Chris were superstars! Like champion jenga players they strategically loaded the van so only one was needed. The care they took moving our belongings was outstanding. It was a difficult job having to carry our furniture to the first floor without a lift but John and Chris did this with skill and a smile. Had very attentive customer service even before the moving day. The movers arrived exactly on the time scheduled and were very courteous, polite and extremely professional throughout the move. They made us feel that we were in good hands and made the move as stress free as possible. They were genuinely very good. I had lots of boxes, but the men carried 3 boxes at a time, so the whole move end to end was very quick and cost less money.

Ion and Florin moved me from London to Cornwall. Normally a very stressful process their cheery, can-do attitude made the whole thing really smooth and easy. It was a pretty challenging move, with some awkward and fragile items (including a huge fridge) that had to go down a couple of flights of stairs. Instead of delaying my delivery, their customer service manager did the delivery himself (single-handed), driving from London to Edinburgh and back in a day, to ensure my goods arrived on time as promised. Really great service found via confused.com.They contacted me with a quote, that was then updated twice based.on my requirements. Very good price compared to the other quotes I got. Their price was inclusive of vat, and it's one price for the whole job. My move required also getting boxes from a storage building, in the end the van was too ful so they couldn't get boxes from my storage unit. They were very responsive and arranged a future date for emptying the storage unit another day, at no extra cost.The movers were very efficient, arrived bang on time, and packed everything, put in boxes dismantled and mounted the furniture.
