Mr Richard Glasby who is a credit to your company was very smart,polite and courteous. He explained everything in detail and how it was going to work on the day, making moving pleasant rather than stressful!!!
The three men who turned up on the day and I am so sorry I cannot remember their names ( I'm not very good at remembering names, faces yes, names no) my apologies.
They are amazing, very polite and worked so hard in such heat, how they manage it, I do not know.
Doree Bonner has clearly picked the very best to handle their work and I hope they are regularly rewarded for all they do.

Really pleased with the service provided. The guys posted to the job did not stop all day.
I paid Doree Bonnet £310 for them to request Richmond Council to reserve parking spaces outside my new house. This did not happen and I requested a refund but had no response.
They stated on the agreement that they would pick up empty boxes but in spite of my request failed to do so.
Very good removal company, not the cheapest but highly recommended. Some of the boxes seemed a bit randomly packed (things from more than one room) and finding stuff afterwards was difficult. Also things like shelf brackets weren't packed with the cupboard shelves so we couldn't put things up until we'd searched through many boxes. There should be one box that contains all the important bits like these.
The lorry broke down before they came, we had a 2 day service, so they got to us at 11am on the 1st November instead of 9am then it was frantic packing till 4pm, they came back Friday 2nd November with the lorry and it was loaded by 11:15, we all left then I got a call telling me they had broken down again and we’re going back to the yard to get the lorry fixed, it was the same problem the clutch was slipping and we were moving from Kent to Bexhill-On-Sea, we arrived at 1pm the 2 guys were already there, we found out they were sub contracted which Dorree Bonner day they never use, and to be honest they were the best we could have had, if it wasn’t for them we would have had nothing packed and nothing in the house, they got some of our stuff to us by 3pm in a smaller van and that was unloaded very quickly mainly by the sub contractors, the next van arrived at about 4pm, it was unloaded quicker than I expected, and I signed to say everything was where it should have been, .... but no they had left a lot of boxes in the garage, we still have them in there a week later !!!! So now we have to go to the garage down the steps to get the stuff in the house and no I wouldn’t recommend them
Lorry broke down before they got to us on the 1st November making them 2 hours late, !! They told us they used their own staff and they sub contract the work out,!!! The sub contractors were by far the better 2 men, they left on the 1st day by 4pm, 2nd day the removal day .... everything was going well till we left the house to move to Bexhill .... the lorry broke down again same problem .. the clutch slipping same lorry, we got to our house at 1, they arrived with 2 vans at half 3, we had some frozen and fresh food so had to go to our sons to make sure the food was ok, the 2 sub-contractors were with us waiting at the house and when the 1st van arrived they quickly put everything in its place, when the 2nd van arrived they did the same, the Dorree Bonner Guys did some but unfortunately left things in the garage that should have been in the house, we paid nearly £3000 for the service, we got an apology on the phone by the driver because he broke down but that was it, heard nothing from them since, would not recommend
