Review:They cancelled the moving service 1 day before our moving date, although we have booked the service 1 month in advance and paid 30% of total price as deposit, as we wrote about this on google they threaten us to sue us and they said they will not pay our deposit! And they did not pay back our deposit!They rudely told us they will not refund us as we left negative comment for them!

Review:I have moved a considerable number of times in the last 25 years and this removal company were by far the worst I have ever experienced. They are, essentially, just a luton van and two men.Firstly, they arrived late. Whilst I was present for the packing, they appeared to be packing with care. However, once I had left the property, it was evident when I opened boxes on the other side that they had just thrown items into boxes without any protection, causing damage to many items.Before I left the property I confirmed that items in a brick shed had to come too. These were left behind, although they reassured me that they had been packed and brought to the new property.Painted furniture arrived chipped and scraped. A side table had lost a leg. Ornaments had been damaged. Items still remained missing after unpacking.They arrived at just after 10:00 am and did not arrive at my new property until late evening. By the time they had completed the unload it was 11:30 pm!They had damaged a number of items that I could no longer use. When I returned to the old property to collect the items they had left behind, I noticed that they had damaged the walls and also the front door.
