Review:Service was good.
Had to pay additional A?500 to dispose some of my furniture.
The team lost my garage keys, caused minor damage to wall corners and under the stairs.
Didn't take care with my expensive coats and packed them with other stuff.
Packing service was ok.

Review:Terrible company - avoid avoid.
This company promised me a smooth safe move from my 4 bedroom house. I paid for their packing and moving service. They said all the right things and I felt was paying a significant amount for a professional service.
They quoted me for 3-4 people per day for 2 days and 2 vans. Instead 2 people came in 1 small van. They what I can only describe as threw my clothes into boxes (despite being promised and paying for wardrobe boxes). They didna??t help with any disassembling or reassembling despite the quote saying this was included. They left the job unfinished, leaving carpets, cupboards & garden furniture. They left 3 large holes in my walls which they then a??repaireda?? causing even more issues.
When I complained after the first day the owner Adil was rude and dismissive and stated I needed to pay more money to get the services they said were included.
What traumatised me was that when the took the van they then went for a??luncha?? and disappeared. I then had a threatening phone call saying that if I did not pay the balance immediately belongings would be taken to storage.
This company is criminal. It has not even issued me a receipt. AvoidLondon South West

Review:Terrible. Van was small and damaged most of our furniture. Cleaning services werena??t profesional at all. We had to clean everything after they left. Movers were not professionals at all and made our day truly painful. They havena??t provide us with an invoice nor responding to our emails requesting this.
