Great job, very happy with service

Mario moving were excellent from start to finish. We had a particularly difficult sale with the moving day shifting several times over the course of a few weeks. Christian and the team in the office were brilliant and moved the date each time without any issues. It made a very stressful time that little bit easier.On moving day Vlad and the team were also wonderful. They arrived bang on time - even having had to navigate Blackwall Tunnel traffic which is no easy task! They had us out our old flat and settled into our new home, over an hour and half drive away, by 3pm. They worked so hard and took such care with our belongings whilst being super speedy. Mario movers were great. Packers came the day before who were really calm and organised.One the day there was a lot of men and of course it was hectic but they was very professional.A Friendly and helpful team. Very quick. We had a delay on completion and were charged per hour for waiting time, I would suggest that a hourly charge is applicable after 5pm and not from the time they leave your previous property. I am absolutely amazed by the Mario Moving service and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Not only the quote we received was the most competitive out of other 5 companies, but the service they provided was incredible the whole team is professional, fast, accurate, clean and tidy, respectful, punctual and friendly. My husband had a family emergency, and I had to deal with the whole move by myself. I didnt know what to expect. However, the team arrived spot on at 8am on the loading day as per schedule, dissembled the furniture, loaded two 5.5 tones vans in less than three and a half hours and I didnt have to lift a finger, it was a very relaxing and stress-free day. The next day team arrived right on time to our new property, which is 2 hours away from London, re-assembled the furniture and unloaded the vans in under two hours. Everything was left in the correct rooms, neat and tidy. We had no damages once or ever or missing items. We moved from Barnet up to Stirling and Mario Removals were excellent. Packed us up on a Sunday and drove up overnight (420 miles) and delivered our goods on the Monday. 4 guys packed in Barnet and 5 guys turned up to unpack in Stirling. Quick friendly and professional. Nothing missing/ broken. The price we paid was also excellent. We had a number of quotes from local and well known removal companies and Marios was by far the cheapest. I would highly recommend. Having searched for a removals company I was persuaded by the reviews of Mario moving. The price was slightly more than another company I was looking at but they were willing to price match. The whole process from the survey to the move on the day was made a breeze. The removal guys were fantastic and made the move stress free, everything was handled with care, dismantled, wrapped and transported without a single item damaged. Everything was put into the appropriate rooms and re-assembled in the new house and we couldnt have been happier with the service we received from start to finish. We did have to pay a couple of hundred pounds extra for waiting time as the keys to the new house were delayed on completion of contract, however this is made clear in the contract and the guys on the day reminded this would be the case if we were delayedoverall a fantastic company to deal with from start to finish and would thoroughly recommend to any one moving home..!! In summary the service was brilliant from the initial quote, plan, customer service along the way, packing day and eventual moving day. They were also the best on price by 10% too.Paul spent a good 30 mins doing a video tour of my house, before providing a clear removal plan. My move was 250 miles from London. 3 vans, packing day before completion, store overnight, then the long drive the next day. Simple, short contract with details laid out explicitly, making it easy to work with them.On the packing day, Alex and his team worked like trojans. Everything was carefully wrapped and moved out. They treated our possessions as if they were their own. Cant ask for more than that.On moving day, my other half said how quick and methodical they were at unloading. They put labels on the door frames of the new house, so as they brought boxes/furniture in from the old house, they knew where we wanted them in the new house.We had a really stressful move, with a rushed chain due to mortgage offers expiring in October 2022. Excellent service, would defiantly recommend again

Excellent service on the moving day, they were punctual and hard working, and receptive to my requests. The only improvement is that they should have probably scheduled the pack + move from 8am rather than 11am but then just ended up working later. Would highly recommend to anyone else moving! Would absolutely recommend Mario Moving. We moved from London to Devon and they supplied 3 Van's and 8 men to pack up the day before completion and store everything overnight and deliver the next day. They were very professional and helpful and wrapped and packed with care all the large and fragile items such as Mirrors pictures TV etc. They worked really well as a team and I would not hesitate to use them if we felt the urge to move again. Mario were definitely much cheaper than all other companies that quoted, they arrived in time and finished the job in time, all in one day, all other companies had quoted a two day move.However, I found the quality of the packing and the labelling poor, and ended up having to open every single box to find certain items because they had been mixed up. Christian, Alex and the team from Mario Moving were very helpful in our move from London to Edinburgh involving 3 properties. Despite our concerns about the amount of belongings we had, Alex was reassuring and flexible in accommodating everything we had. The teams were on time on both packing and delivery days and were quick as well. We were pleased overall with the condition in which all our belongings arrived and the packing that had been done. Very professional and efficient. Three people came the day before to pack all our stuff and they did an excellent job. Next day 8 o'clock on the dot five people were outside our house ready to pack the two vans, then straight to the new house to unload. All in all a very smooth operation. Vladimir & his team were excellent, polite & professional. A few small miscommunication occurred due to language but these were easily resolved. Easy to deal with by phone and email prior to moving day.

On the day, the team were super-efficient and we were all moved in to the new place by 11am. Nothing broke or got lost, which is impressive!

Minor points which led to losing one star: masks not being worn properly, and some slightly too-close encounters!, over-enthusiastic packing of some things meant I has to return to the flat a few days later with some of the landlady's cleaning equipment, and finally their time estimate was a bit off. They estimated 2-3 hours to pack the whole flat, and did it in 2 but only because we had packed 80% of our stuff the day before! Read more

Friendly, efficient and polite

Adrian and his team were beyond amazing.
On time, very professional, very careful with all precious items, everything was individually wrapped.

They worked fast yet effortlessly. Nothing was too much trouble. Even gave me suggestions where to place my furniture in the new place as the space was tighter than the house we moved from.
