The surveyor phoned me to talk through what she had found and then followed up with an in-depth survey of the property. Very happy with the professionalism shown.

RICS Home Survey Level 2
The Level 2 survey, formerly known as a Homebuyer Report, is suited to homes less than 50 years old and in good condition. Your survey report will give you an overview of the condition of the property, in addition to a breakdown of issues found.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
Recommended for older homes, those in poor condition or unusual in any way, the Level 3 is a more in-depth survey. Previously called a Building Survey, this looks in more detail at the home and any issues it may have.
Snagging Survey
When you buy a new build home, you will want to know that it is near flawless. A snagging survey is designed to find any defects or issues in the construction, allowing the developer to rectify these before you move in.
Party Wall Survey
If you find yourself in a dispute with your neighbour over a Party Wall, we can assist with these matters. By reviewing the wall and the concerns of all parties involved, we can draw up a Party Wall Agreement to settle the matter.
