Amazing people, very helpful, accommodating, hard workers, they loaded the lorry in great time and very efficiently.
The team of four were great - we were quite stressed about the whole thing and their positive attitude helped bring us down to earth. Really can't fault them even a little bit! They were courteous, hard-wrorking, tolerant of the kids being around, and let us know when they had a (very short) break. Communications beforehand were efficient and clear.
The Skyline Removals porters worked well and professional. No request was too much for them. Any issue was addressed by the competent administrator Lyla.
I will be recommending Skyline to friends, family and others.

Apart from a problem with lorry which was then replaced I could not fault these guys. Everything went very well and nothing got broken or damaged. Two full days of hard graft - excellent!! I will definitely recommend them.

The company was very fast in removing my stuff from a 2bed house and driving to Sheffield, then unpacking very fast. They was very helpful polite and patient. However i do feel the company charged way too much for the service

The guys were very efficient time-wise, both when it came to packing and arriving at our new place. However, not a great care was taken when it came to packing. No glass was broken.
Poor surveying meant that I was charged £250 on the day (which I had no option to pay for!) for an additional Luton Van as all loft items wouldn’t fit. Great team on the day but the office experience and Surveying was poor
One van out of 3 turned up on time, Oil leaked on the driveway of our sold property. They commented that it was a lot more than expected even though it had been surveyed.
They did the 6 hour journey to the new property in the same day. 2 out of 3 vans turned up with two people. Myself and my father in law helped unload the vans, then the last van didn't turn up till gone 10pm de a breakdown. (The van didn't sound too clever when it loaded at our old property so I'm not suprised) this time with two guys which again my family ended up unloading. It was so late most of it went in the garage which was stacked so badly we are still looking for things a week later.
I've had no follow up call or an apology about the move. If i hadnt had to pay £2500 upfront I'd certainly be contesting for a discount as myself and my father in law did 40 percent of their work.
The drivers were unprofessional although friendly, it seemed to me like one of the 4 guys was an employee the rest were plucked from an agency to make up the cowboy team.
Although the guys who moved us were very nice, when we came to later unpack the boxes we found tons of things were broken because they had been packed so badly. Half of our lights and lamps were broken. The boxes were all labelled incorrectly and clothes bunged into a box on hangers (not hanging as promised).
