    Multiple items damaged and no response to complaint. All broken items were deliberately tucked away. Wish I had read other reviews first because they are very mixed. Will now have to go through Ombudsman / Court but a huge faff for something simple. Avoid.

    They were very professional and the team was very hard worker. They took care of my valuable stuff. My job took 35 to 40 minutes above the time but they did not charge me for that. I would really recommend them.

    This was the worst experience with a move I ever had. This company uses third party contractors for the actual move. I paid for new boxes and was brought used boxes until I complained. Only a couple of days prior to the moving day were the boxes brought to me. This left little time to finish packing. Also, the actual movers were extremely rude, damaged my property, left legs loose on my sofa, scratched my table and demanded cash prior to finishing the move. When I asked if they could complete the move first before final payment, they yelled at me and left the property until I agreed to give them all the cash before they would finish bringing my furniture into the property. It was by far, the worst experience I have ever had. The sales person was professional in communication but she had nothing to do with the actual move. The actual moving day was a horrible, unprofessional experience.

    We have delivered you the boxes 2 weeks before the move.Our team is hardworkign and professional they have properly dismantled and assembled all your stuff in proper place. On the move dya you gave us good rating. We have a claim department to deal with insurance andd stuff but we haven't recieved your email or call for claim or damages to either sales team, claim team or the insurance team.

    The day started well with a punctual start. Upon arrival they looked at our boxes and informed us 2 vans werent enough and we needed another one. Thankfully they were able to organise another one for double the price (!) so that caused a lot of financial stress on the day. From the video survey they should have indicated we needed 3 vans not 2 so we could budget accordingly. I was told by the main guy that I should have requested a house survey rather than virtual and it was my fault for not requesting this! The 3 men were initially friendly but as the day progressed I could tell they were getting annoyed with each other and it ended in a verbal argument outside our house in front of our new neighbours. Wardrobes were left dismantled as they were rushing to leave and I was charged extra as they went past 5pm due to traffic on the way to the new house. The initial quote would have meant I would save a few hundred pounds but in the end I spent more. Think wisely before booking. If you do book get a physical survey and be prepared for some extra charges.

    Thanks for your feedback. We will try to improve our service for future. After 5 pm all the companies charge late working charges and key waiting charges as well. Our team have to wait on new property for 2 hours but we have not charge you key waiting charges in a good faith. We only charge late working because that money will directly goes to the team.     The actual movers were good although they forgot some of our belongings. Unfortunately they were not updates on the change of amount of items and we ended up having to pay the double for two trucks. We also had our end of tenancy cleaning through the same company and unfortunately the house ended up dirtier, messier, stained carpets and unclean and lets not forget with a broken wash basin. When I asked for them to repair damage and come back and redo the job I received a threatening email and we understandably lost our deposit w our landlord. We were told this service would be around 350 but ended up paying 700 for a cleaning service that didnt clean cupboards, nor washed surfaces or mirrors, toilets dirty and floors and mirrors washed with greasy water and after days of chasing finally decided to send someone to fix the broken wash basin. I would ray far away from Europe removals. If I had received compassion and willingness to solve the damage I would be happy, but the way they responded to their lack of performing the work they were paid to do should be investigated further. They should not be allowed om a site like this. They cost us lots of embarrassment and money.

    Thanks for your feedback. We are removal company and we only do removals. We did provide you great removals service from the start. On your request we provided you 1 x truck in start but on day of move your stuff wasn't fit in one truck and we provided you 2 more trucks on a very short notice in cheap price. First you asked for basic cleaning and later on your husband said he required end of tenacy cleaning so price changes after it. You blocked your wash basin and then forced us to open it. For the good faith we helped you to open the sink and have not charged you for that. Its very unethical that you have given such review after our sincere hard work and professionalism.

    The company did not do as we had agreed, even after I double checked with them both on the phone and in writing in advance.They broke 3 things and my email to them regarding the breakages (including breaking part of the house we moved to!) has met with silence. Based on my experience of dealing with them I don't expect the email to ever be answered. Which is ironic because they called me endlessly before I agreed to book them.To be fair, the blokes they sent worked hard and were polite. It's just the management.

    Avoid this company. Tv broken most belongings put in the wrong rooms despite being labeled and possessions gone missing and some left at old property. When you call to state this they are rude and unhelpful Will not use next year when I move again

    Avoid this company. They were the most expensive quote of all but we had short notice so had to take them. They quoted (after seeing pictures of our stuff) and a tour on the day and said it was fine and would all fit in the lorry. They then only took 80% to storage and demanded we paid in full. They then refused to come back and threatened to hold our belongings unless we paid 70% more of the initial quote. We had to move so we had to pay despite a long argument with them on the phone and them acknowledging they were holding us to ransom. Very stressful process, miserable removal men. We had to do a lot of the heavy lifting.

    Hi Marie-Claire Marsh after checking details of your move I came back to you . the issue is you sent us inventory on 28th June and booked with us in £850 for 30th June . when our team reached for move then the stuff you provide us for move is double from the inventory you sent us that you accepted in front of our team . On the basis of your inventory the stuff was of half truck we sent a big truck but on time of move your stuff is higher then truck also so our team did extra trip for you. they don't charge for late working charges even for your satisfaction they just charge the £290 for extra trip .     Tried to get me to pay in full before move day after paying a deposit. Problems between agreed quote and actual work including packing which they agreed to do at quite stage. Moving on bank holiday meant traffic hell, then demanded payment before unloading then demanded extra payment for time and tried claiming extra mileage- ended up having to pay extra 125 or wouldnt unload! Paid, received abuse from operations manager, when tried complaining, forced to sign a disclaimer despite not able to check packing, and they broke my drill they borrowed to assemble a bed. Dreadful experience after pushing to win the business, then simply underhand and would not recommend to my worst enemy.

    I was given a quote after a video survey was conducted of my property. Fast forward several weeks to the two days of i) packing, ii) moving - it was decided that the quote was insufficient and that the move would require more boxes, a larger vehicle and another mover, increasing the already hefty quote by another 25% which would need to be paid in cash the following day. Giving the customer a days notice to find another 500 in cash, communicated by an irritated and rude man over the phone, isnt really putting the customer first - as theyve already paid the deposit and need to move, so have no choice in the matter. In short, be wary of a low (expensive) quote from this company which can rise quite painfully at the eleventh hour.The move itself was conducted with a fair degree of care. There were only a few breakages along the way. Its a shame that a lot of debris was left at either end. The movers may also leave all of your windows open - be aware of that. Because of a heavy downpour minutes after the trucks left, my attic was flooded - my fault, apparently; no hint of an apology from the movers supervisor.

    Shocking and disgraceful service from this company.Fail to pack correctly items just thrown into boxes, do not use protective bubble wrap as they quote, do not provide full terms and conditions until deposit is paid. On move day show up with less men and vans than promised in quote, chaotic process and then try to extort more money from you to unload quoting their T&Cs and that they only work 9-5pm and they are now overtime.Argumentative disgraceful behaviour and make the whole experience a stressful nightmare.

    They were terrible. The staff were lovely so I can't fault them. But they charged 25 per person per hour after 5pm. As we had a removal from London to Nottingham for a large 4 bed house obviously it was going to go past 5pm and that is already factored into it being a higher price than moving a short distance. With 7 staff working to 10pm, this was almost 1000 extra we had to pay on the day on top of the almost 3000 we had already paid. This was hidden in the terms and conditions that were sent to us AFTER we had paid for the depositThis is a really shady company. They forced us to pay in cash on the day but then the extra 1000 was fine as a bank transfer. The staff working there are hard working but things were packed badly. Things were left behind in the house, including a really expensive mirror and rug. I've since tried to go on their website and it's no longer working. You should not be recommending this company, they are incredibly dodgy

    Very stressful. The removal men although nice were behind schedule as had only 2 men packing up a 5 bedroom house the day before the move. They were still packing well into the afternoon of move so we werent in with everything until 9pm, and charged an extra 500 for it too!

    Quoted me following a survey - I accepted.On moving day, they had insufficient space in the vans for my belongings - had to load the rest 3 days later and CHARGED me for the privilege.The staff were pleasant but had inadequate training and equipment. They failed to pack special items as agreed and damaged more than one. They were quick to demand payment the same day.Cannot recommend them.

    Thank you for the review. A house survey of the property was done on 29th June in which you told our removal specialist that you will be doing the packing by yourself. Also, there was a big workshop on the back of the house, which you agreed to move all by yourself, and you didn’t include in our quotation and services. But, on the day of the move, 3rd Aug, nothing of that was moved and nothing was packed. As a result, that stuff couldn’t be accommodated in the trucks, so we arranged another truck for you later on. So, we had adequate space for the stuff which we agreed upon during the survey, and the price of the extra truck was the same as the other 3 trucks. You also left good feedback to us in written and signed by you on the day of the move. No complaint was made by you to our office until this review came across to us. Regarding payments, the customer has a choice to pay early or later on the day of the move.

    Quick to respond from start to finish, everyone we dealt with was efficient, friendly and hardworking. Sophie in the office was very helpful, especially when we had to change our dates. The team that came to pack, led by Amir, were so good and quick. They packed up our house with good humour and charm in less than four hours. The actual move day went according to plan although the guys worked an hour over - we were aware that this would cost extra from the start. They worked really hard to get our sofa into the living room and even offered to share their lunch with us! Absolute stars, the lot of them!

    I could not recommend this firm any more! They were so helpful from the outset. Jerry who dealt with our initial enquiry was so accommodating, flexible, friendly and amazing from the get go. We had to change our moving date so many times & nothing was too much trouble for him. Due to last minute exchange and complete in one day, the removal men came in in 1 day and moved our whole house an hour and a half away, all within 7 hours!!!! They were also so friendly & helpful. I could not have got through this move without them all.

    The customer service was good. Helpful and offered plenty options for moving days. On the moving day two of them were on site. I had to help them to show them how to move the double bed from upstairs. In the other house the double bed did not fit through the stairs. They told me to dismantle it and we can bring it up with my wife later.

    I used Europe Removal Storage Ltd for a house move in early December 2021. I must say I was extremely happy with the professional and efficient service they gave me. From start to finish everything went smoothly. I got a very reasonable price they was in contact with me all the way through before my move with any questions or queries that I had. The customer service was excellent. On my moving day I had 3 gentleman arrived early. They were very friendly and helpful and also considerate of my property. I work full time and was happy that I got a move on a Sunday which I never expected. I move from a 3 bedroom house, and could not believe how quickly they had loaded all my property within 3 hours. I was well impressed. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them highly.

    VERY BAD !!!This company are all talk and zero action ! The only thing they got right was the date of the move. And even then they turned up late!!! They promised my furniture would be wrapped ( IT WAS NOT) As a result Broken wardrobe mirrors, damaged washing machine, and scratched wooden furniture!!! When I tried to speak with the driver about the damage? Not even an apology!!! You can stick it back is the response I got!! My me, son and husband were helping the movers and at one point 1 hour into the move we could not find the movers, one mover was in the van passenger seat for over 30 mins on the phone to his wife while the other was sitting in the back of the van waiting for him while we were carrying the furniture to the van!! Before the move we agreed that I will call the office on the day and make a card payment for the remaining balance but again that could not happen and they demanded cash!!! All in all, we would have been far better off just hiring a van for the day and doing it ourselves!!!!

    We apologize that you had bad experience with removal company.You just asked us to hire 2 trucks and 2 drivers, there was no any other thing and you were supposed to all the stuff by yourself.We just provided you transport and you needed to protect all the stuff by yourself and if there are damages than company is not responsible for that.Incase of protection as you have just asked for 2 drivers with 2 trucks than in that case they were not supposed to protect your stuff but as you were doing it by yourself if you would have asked for protection than we would have provided you.As you were doing the move by yourself than in that case insurance was not included either.About the card payment, as you were moving on Saturday and it was not working day that's why we couldn't take the card payment and we have taken cash, if it was our working day than we would have taken it.After the move when we received feedback form than you did not mention any damages in that.

    Avoid at all cost. If possible would give 0 stars. This was by far the worst experience I have encountered from any company I have used. Someone came out twice to check what would be needed in terms of transport on moving day, we paid a deposit. We were then told this was only for moving out not moving in to new house (after two weeks storage) so had to that again x2. Then On moving day only one small van came that couldnt fit in half of our belonging. Even though this was the companies error and the supervisor that came out to quote admitted he had miss calculated and we were at no fault at all, we were told if we did not pay for an additional van and additional storage charge they would not deliver out belongs to back to us /our new home. We had no choice put to pay 1000s more as they threatened not to return our belongings if we didnt pay. As it was the companys error they said we could have a 90 discount, Removal staff on both days were lovely but had no idea what was going on as contracted and did not deal with the office. What started as an okay price turned out double what the highest quote we got at the time was!! Would NEVER use again. Not sure if a scam?

    They broke lots of our items, didn't write on some.of the boxes, put delicate items in the bottom of boxes with all manner of stuff on top, they wrecked most of our plants, and when we challenged them about it they produced an A4 sheet of paper saying that they only work till 5pm and after that we needed to pay one hundred pounds an hour.per person! So they said not to bother claiming for our broken stuff as we owed them 900 pounds!!! The move was the worst experience ever, would never recommend or use them.again, we were quoted one of the the really big trucks and a Luton van, on the day they turned up in 5 smaller vans. And most.of the guys were doing this as extra work to their normal jobs!!

    The movers were excellent! The process to get a quote, pay and move was efficient and easy! The gentlemen who helped out on the day were friendly and very considerate that we were moving with a small baby. They even packed and prepared his room around his naps. It was a wonderful experience and we will be using them again!

    They damaged a very expensive mahogany dining table (scratches on the table surface).Scratches on bedroom furniture. The job was underquoted and we had to pay an extra A?1,200 for overtime for the team to complete the move. The team leader was very nice and was trying his best. We found one of the movers lying down on one of our couches he didn't look ill at all.

    I was very disappointed. They quoted the cheapest price, but what was not clear is that compared to others, you pay for parking, that added almost 170 extra to the bill. The other companies included this so at he end price is very similar. They quoted for a 5 bedroom house removal, but on the day, the truck sent was perhaps small and after the second trip they wanted to charge extra. It required negotiations and talking to the Operations manager. His behaviour was so rude, yelling, and intimidating - I was so so stressed and worried. The staff were OK - except for 1 of them who constantly complaint and wanted to go home early.... you made to feel it was not a job but a big favour. Two staff members were kind and tried to help - but the experience with head office was brutal and overall I would not recommend.

    An item of my furniture was broken during the move. We advised Europe Customer Services of this, they took the details then said they would call back. They did not. We chased them again and were told they would call back, they did not. Then I got an email asking for a review. I replied stating I was withholding my review until we had feedback from our issue, there was again no response. The gents who did the removals were fine but the aftercare response has been poor and I am left with a broken wardrobe that they are not helping with. I would not recommend this company.

    Really impressed with this removal company, they were friendly and informative and worked swiftly packing boxes into the van and dismantling and putting furniture back together, being informative and courteous throughout. Would definitely use them again if the need arises in future and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

    I had such a positive feelings and experience with Europe removals and storage limited. From the first day to end, my wife and I feel very consolated with Europe removals. I had a very strong trust on the guy Iffey to whom I talk over the phone. He gave me estimated quote that was reasonable for my budget. They visited my house and then look at my stuffs. He was a very gentle and polite person. They dismantled and assembled all my belongings. They did not harm my belongings. We were moved to our new house in a secure way. Moving can be a very nerve-racking condition in itself, but companya??s crews and supervisor minimized our concerns. They were just professionala??s people having stupendous customera??s service abilities. I just want to say thanks and salute to them for their lovely work.

    Absolutely terrible. Lied straight to my face when they came to do a survey. Atif, the manager, guaranteed BOTH VERBALLY AND BY TEXT dismantling and reassembling services even of gas appliances despite us asking him multiple times to make sure, but on the day the movers refused as they said this wasn't stated on their contract. That was the only reason why we chose to pay them more than another moving company, to save the hassle of finding additional engineers to do it. I tried to chase them up to complain but was blatantly ignored by them. Still no response from Atif. What an irresponsible salesman.

    Despite going through everything that needed to be moved beforehand, on the day the removers refused to remove several items which I then had to insist they did, or fill my car up for 3 x journeys for the items they wouldn't take. Also, again, despite seeing them all beforehand, the removers didn't have any hanging boxes to hang clothes on, so they ended up crumpled or just left in a cupboard for me to take. They also insisted I go to the cashpoint to pay them the remaining amount before they completed the move,, despite the fact the someone had agreed to call me to take payment over the phone and didn't do so. Boxes badly labelled therefor ended up in the wrong rooms and with no idea where anything is still. Carpets also left dirty from shoes - all other removers either take them off in the house or use overshoe protectors. Overall, pretty disappointing

    The packers were amazing, the supervisor miserable, quote was misleading- promised 4 crew only 3 arrived... spent most of the day on the phone trying to resolve; in the end as "goodwill" they waived key waiting charges... even tho lateness was due to them not being able to find new address and parking in the wrong place then taking over an hour to come back due to traffic and roadworks in the area... on the positive side they worked hard and efficient as moving out of 4th floor flat with no lift... nothing missing, broken or damaged.

    We would not recommend anyone using this company. The actual staff who did the physical moving were great, but the management were rude to the point of telling me to shut up. They came and quoted about 2 months before we moved, but on the day, the staff said they could not take everything. As we were moving 4 1/2 hours away, this was a major problem for us. We had to hire another van and move the balance on our own. Avoid at all costs. Take the highest quote in future. Lesson learnt. Also had a few things broken to add insult to injury.

    Communication and ease of booking prior to moving day was straight forward.
    Protective packing of pictures, mirrors, mattresses and sofa was promised as was disassembly and reassembly of the beds. None of this happened on the day and as a result one of our paintings lost its picture wire and a part of our sofa was dirty.
    The removals guys on the day just wanted to rush through the job and took little care of our belongings, but I guess this is what you get for paying a lower price. Despite the low price I wouldna??t recommend them. Pay more for a higher quality and peace of mind.

    The worst move ever in my life. After loading second truck they told me that they need third one and it will cost me extra A?500. End up getting a van and moving rest of my belongings next day....very unprofessional! Upon arrival at the destination at 3pm I was told that they only are working until 5pm.     Absolutely brilliant! We had to move at short notice and natasha called me within minutes of my enquiry and sent someone round to evaluate within the hour! The guys packed our house up efficiently, quickly and with care! Very professional! The actual move went really smoothly, the team were professional, courteous, experienced, and fast! Totally blown away by how great they all were. Furniture was taken apart and reassembled the other end. They even fixed a wonky wardrobe. We have to move again in 6 months, back to our original house thata??s being renovated and will be using this company again!

    The team in the office and the movers on the day have been great and made a stressful time much more bearable. My moving date was put back so many times that at the end I was only able to give 24 hours notice and Iffy and the team were able to accommodate that.
    On the day of the move the seller delayed our entry into the property until 3.30 in the afternoon and Khan and his movers waited patiently and still delivered all my furniture safely in the new house and assembled everything. Despite facing a 2 hours trip back. Thank you Khan and guys.

    It was a big move for me, contacted 5 removal companies , in the end after speaking to the Manager of Europe Removal and getting assurances of the move I decided to go with Europe Removal . The movers men were on point arrive on the time we agreed , they were efficient with there moving of my furniture, especially when they had to move a cabinet that had glass on the front , very professional they covered and protect the glass front . They worked as a team , getting the job done professional , on time. One thing I was impressed with , as I was unable to drive up with the movers , I requested that I must have access to my personal belongings , when I arrive the next day at the storage , they followed my request .. Was very please with Europe Removal .

    They price matched a quote we received from another company but they did not inform me over the telephone that there would be one less moving truck. We then had to pay A?400 extra on the day as we needed that third truck. The number of trucks was written in the confirmation email, but I had already paid ovee the phone for what I thought was the previously discussed plan of 3 trucks.

    Removal staff was courteous and arrived promptly. I was charged approx. 250 pounds extra for a 40 mins delay in my completion time which I wasn't happy with especially when they saved a considerable amount of time as I requested them to not reassemble the furniture.
    One package was left in the van and not unloaded and it required me to chase up before it was returned the following week.

    team of 2 men came came on time but very bad organisation of loading furniture so that only one third of furniture was loaded in their lorry. even worse they dismantled our two sofas but rebuild them wrong and still ruined till now.

We would like to clarify some points that you have mentioned in the comments, your job was booked for A?60 per hour and for minimum for 3 hours. if you required more time, you could have easily requested to extend working hours limit for extra cost that was mentioned to you before booking. you have mentioned they only moved one third of the furniture and maybe that was because you must have only asked them to complete the work within that 3 hours. If you would have required everything to be completed and not being rushed then you could have easily requested for more hours, which would have been beneficial for our company as well as for you too. Another point i would like to mention is that our company denied to accept your job mainly due to time you were requesting to start the job was from at 17:00 in the evening, whereas we requested you couple of times to start the job at 14:00, so we are able to carry out your move in the day light when our employees are full of energy and are able to work more accurately. Moreover, after our recent conversation of sending our team back to observe and resolve your sofa complaint, we have tried to contact you multiple times over previous 3 working days but however you still have not responded.Kind Regards,

    Late 3hours, obnoxious, intimidating, some of the services paid for not done, careless with fragile goods, I had the survey first at my home so no excuse. Had to pack my own glasses etc as we only had 1.5 hours to get packed and out of home without incurring legal fees. Would never recommend them.

    Thought they were a complete joke, such a rushed job, took stuff I was leaving, then said I needed another van, another A?750 damaged so much of my stuff. I have phoned and emailed them and they have never got back to me. I will take this further, terrible firm.

    Hi Lynn, Thank you for using Europe Removals. we defiantly advice every customer to supervise the removal team in terms of explain them of everything they need to take with them and what to leave behind. your visit was conducted by one of our senior supervisor, you did advice you the exact size of the truck, but on the removal you required an extra truck as you then asked us to take all your belongings. in above review you mention that you were going to leave some stuff, the question then is why did you then allow them to load those stuff onto the truck? the company did not receive any evidence of damages of your belongings, if you have any items damaged during the move, then you can claim for it through claim department advised on the terms and condition provided to you through mail and on the day of the move.

Had a few concerns after reading some negative reviews but when I raised them with Maria in the office we talked through them and was reassured. Did what it said on the tin basically at a good rate - we had things that needed moving and relocating - they were moved and relocated with smiles!!

    My only disappointment was I had a lot of stuff to place in my new garage and the guys just piled everything up so high I can't actually reach the top and where I originally had things sorted in piles it is now all mixed up. There is glass ornaments and mirrors amongst all the boxes. I dread to think what I will find when I can sort them out.

    The packing service was fair, but on the day it seemed to take much longer than it should have to move. The company were going to bring a large van and a small van, but only came with two small vans.... Ok, these things happen as the move the previous day went wrong and still occupied the transport. However this meant an extra return trip... this is when some things got broken. Nothing major, but little things like picture glass etc.
    The thing that really got me down is that they tried to charge an extra A?200 for working past 5pm.
    I'm not totally displeased for the original price, but I wish I had chosen a more reputable, respectable company.
    I think the main problem lay with the original inspection of my property rather than the movers on the day.

    Disappointed as they didna??t do my removals on the Friday they said was a mix up and then did Sunday removal and didna??t finish the job properly and left my settee and bed with rain damage on corners where was left at end of van and was very dirty.The men removing were very helpful but the office has no regard for customer service

    The vehicles were not as agreed in the contract. The hanging wardrobes were missing despite me phoning beforehand to remind them. The competitive quote turned out to be no better than the others when you factor in the surcharges for our incomplete packing and the distance we were going and hence the after hours work involved. I would have liked this explained up front rather than being held to ransom on the day.
    On the plus side, the removal guys were careful and worked hard.
    We had thirty years of stuff to move as we were retiring and with hindsight, I would advise anyone in similar circumstances to be ruthless in their decluttering and get their removal company to pick up one truckload a few days before to give you space to pack the rest. Rule of thumb, our cluttered 3 bed semi filled three 5 ton Luton type vans, about 2200 cubic feet of stuff if you can box it well. Get any remover to give you their estimate of the cubic feet so at least you are comparing quotes realistically. Then it is down to which one you trust. You get what you pay for.
