Suitable for the majority of homes built in the last 50 years, the RICS Home Survey Level 2 will give you an overview of the condition of the home. This survey can highlight any areas of concern or problems that need rectifying. It will also give you a clearer picture of the home you are looking to buy. RICS Home Survey Level 3
RICS Home Survey Level 3 is recommended for older homes and properties that are unusual or in poor condition. Formerly called a Building Survey, this is a thorough inspection of the home to search for issues, concerns or required maintenance. Your report will include pictures of the areas mentioned. Our surveyors will search the exterior, interior and grounds of the home to ensure all areas are reviewed.
