Your surveyor will inspect the interior and exterior of the property and follow this up with a detailed report that highlights any issues that can impact the future value of the property.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The RICS Home Survey Level 3, also known as the Building Survey, is the most detailed and comprehensive survey available and is suitable for all property types. Your surveyor will thoroughly examine the interior and exterior of the property. They will write up a highly detailed report that includes in-depth analysis of any issues, including estimated reparation costs.
Snagging Survey
The Snagging Survey is designed for new-build properties that have not been lived in yet. Whether the property has been built or not, your surveyor will examine what is on the plot of land as well as the blueprints. They will assess the materials used in construction and highlight any potential issues.
Party Wall
We have a team of Party Wall surveyors who are able to assist with any Party Wall matters. Whether you are issuing a Party Wall notice to a neighbour or are the recipient of a notice, we will assist and ensure that all relationships are as positive as possible. We carry out all cases according to the Party Wall Act and will issue a certificate that is fair and accurate.
Valuation Report
We offer Valuation Reports for those wanting an accurate market value for the property. This is not a structural survey and can be added to your survey as an optional extra service. Valuation Reports can also be applied to court proceedings such as probate.
