Review:E.serv contacted me quickly after my first reach out and was able to book in the actual survey very quickly which was great. Our surveyor was Barry Buckley and he was just fantastic. Provided a very detailed survey and followed up with a thorough (but not overwhelming) call. He was very happy to receive questions and also made time the following week as we had some further queries that came up from our sellers. Pictures were provided on the report with recommendations of next steps we could potentially take. 10/10 for Barry!

Review:e.surv took care of arranging the survey which was done within 3 working days(could have been next day but seller not available). The surveyor called before to ask if anything in particular I wanted checked and explain timescale for report. The report was 33 pages of detailed information followed up by a helpful call from the surveyor to cover any questions. Property is 120 years old so well worth paying to find out what needs done now and potentially over next few years.
